Kindness: Be the "Somebody Else"

This episode is about what happens in the space between thinking about doing something kind… and actually doing it.

It’s about slowing down, looking around, and choosing “somebody else”—even when it’s inconvenient.

And it’s also something bigger.

Because this isn’t just a lesson for me… it’s something I hope my kids see, feel, and carry with them.
